Last week Kevin and I celebrated our 10th anniversary. It's hard to believe. Boy, we were young! As I look back at that day, there is one thing I would have done differently. If I had the boisterous personality of my children (or my siblings for that matter), I would have given a speech at the wedding thanking everyone for coming, from us, personally. To let each and every person who was there know how much you mean to us.
But, we are now into our 11th married year. There really hasn't been a dull moment the past ten! And I predict there won't be for the next 10 either!
From the moment we were married and went to our honeymoon in Hawaii, it's been quite a whirlwind! The Navy brought us from Seattle to San Diego to Newport and to Boston. 3 kids and 10 years later, we have loved every minute of this life we have built together. And we certainly couldn't have done it without the support of our family and friends!
Our parents have shown us what it means to be a couple. To be parents. And to weather each storm as it passes. To embrace the chaos and crazy and to live for each moment.
So, thank you! We love you and we celebrate our anniversary with each and every one of you!
Love, Kevin and Katie
