Morgan's recital

Ok, so I'm aware I don't get much time to blog anymore.  But, I had to put this up.  Morgan had her Irish Step Dancing recital this Friday.  It was awesome. She was so great and the whole show was fantastic!
I know the video is grainy, but we have lots and this was the shortest one, so it's the best I can do now. And this was only part of it.  The theme of this recital was the Irish Famine and the video here is Morgan displaying how the "teacher" showed the Irish children how to dance.  I know there's a ton of pictures, but for those of you who weren't there, here you go...

This is how they came out...

and we all stood for the Irish National Anthem...Morgan knew all the words!

(I love how you can only see one leg - high kicks Gamma!)

Morgan was the only child who "survived" the famine in her "family."

This was the boat they took to Ellis Island. They went around the gym as two of the older Irish Step dancers sang Isle of Hope, Isle of Tears.
